Responsibilities:
- Negotiate with brands’ owners and franchise representatives to lease the promotional spaces in line with the business strategy and tenant mix
- Manage the implementation of the lease agreements and the process of payments, concept design approval and service quality standards
- Developing and maintaining a database for potential long-term tenants and establishing business relationships with major retail organizations
- Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials
- Stay knowledgeable of the property market status.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 Years of experience in leasing
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in MS Programs
- Excellent Communication and negotiations skills
