Responsibilities:
- Data entree for new potential investor
- Create offers based on information given by the leasing executive
- Request legal documents from the investor
- Create action sheet for legal to issue the contract
- Complete the process of contract signature
- Send an email internal to announce new investor on board
- Update the leasing & financials report
- Receive financials from investors and transfer it to accounts
- Request copies of insurance policies & municipality licensing
- Write correspondences between landlords & investors
- File all documents for each investor
