Responsibilities:

• Negotiate with brands’ owners and franchise representatives to lease the promotional spaces in line with the business strategy and tenant mix
• Manage the implementation of the lease agreements and the process of payments, concept design approval and service quality standards
• Developing and maintaining a database for potential long-term tenants and establishing business relationships with major retail organizations
• Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials
• Stay knowledgeable of the property market status.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 Years of experience in leasing 
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Proficiency in MS Programs 
• Excellent Communication and negotiations skills
